The Delivery

 

We're working hard to get your order packed as quick as possible. It takes about one to two business days for  to pack up and ship out your order.

The delivery cost is based on the destination and is counted during the checkout. 

Tax is not included and will be added during the checkout process.

The minimum order amount is 15$. 

Free shipping for orders over 45$.

We deliver by USPS Priority Mail Service. Shipping times are within the continental U.S. is usually 4-8 business days.

The Return policy

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

Just email info@stoneartsshop.com with your order number, and inform us about the return.
The original order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment (with the exception of in-store cash purchases, which will be refunded with store credit). Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

The shipping costs are not included in the refund, unless you received the wrong item or item with defects.
